installing linux binary

I downloaded the linux binary for version 3.1.1 and there is no installation info. Where do I put the files? I copied the entire directory tree to my home directory and get the error below when I run sqlitestudio. The library mentioned in the error message actually does exist and is in the right place as indicated in the error message. The user manual is no help, the binary installation section is blank.

[14:33:04] Cannot load plugin DbSqliteCipher. Error details: Cannot load library /home/mf/SQLiteStudio/plugins/libDbSqliteCipher.so: (libcrypto.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)

Regarding installation - there's no installation needed. The binary is portable - you just download it, unpack and run. That's it.

Future versions might introduce installer.
