Connecting to the 'Net at startup

Postby Peppeddu » Mon May 01, 2017 12:23 am

In SQLite Studio 3.1.1 I've disabled the option "Automatically check for updartes at startup", however every time I start it, it tries to connect to the Internet anyway.
This behavior seems to be present starting at version 2.99.1 and forward.
Is there any way to disable this behavior?
Thanks

Weird. This should not happen if you disabled updates. I will look into it.

It happen when I run SQLiteStudio thru Sandboxie (with a sandbox that doesn't allow access to the Internet).
Up until v.2.1.5 Sandboxie doesn't show any attempt to connect but from version 2.99.1 and forward it does show and block the attempt.
It's kinda strange because I wasn't able to find the IP address of the alledged connection.

I recall that this problem could happen also when there's a certificate that is automatically checking for revocation but I don't know if this is the case.
